Age and Pharmacodynamic Skin Reaction

Abstract
|
|
|
In vaicties of diseases, especially in skin disease, the testing metod of Quaddel Resorption Zeit, Vasoconstrictoric Reaction, Vasodilatatoric Reaction and Lynphagogic Reaction(widely known pharmacodynamie Skin Reaction) has an important position as testing method of skin disease. I used QRZ and vasodilatatoric Reaction in order to re-examine the significance of this test in different age group, and at the same time, I observed the change of reaction. Finally, I obtained following conclusions.
Method
1. The objects were healthy 43 males and 49 females from 1 to 64 years old. QRZ is tested by intradermal injection of saline 0. 1 cc into chest & back area, and measured the time of disapprearance of pappule which occurred on intradermal injection.
2. Vasodilatatoric Reaction is tested by intradermal injection´ of 3% caffein 0.1 cc into uppers extremities on flexor & extensor area and after ten minutes. I observed the degree of bleeding.
a. Negative intradermal bleeding-0 (mark)
b. Slightin intradermal bleeding-1 (mark)
c. Negative bleeding but positive intradermal bleeding-2 (mark ,
d. Severe intradermal bleeding-3 (mark)
e. Severe bleeding-4 (mark)
Results
1. QRZ is extended as well as age increase and the degree of extension increased rapidly in 15-20 years group and above 50 years old group. The female has a mild change than male but has larger degree of extension and the back area extend more than the chest area.2. In Vasodilatatoric Reaction, I observed the parallel increase with age regardless of sex and injected area.
